Wigs American is a Chinese company that sells wigs via FaceBook advertising and other social media platforms. They advertise well-known manufacturers' products with exactly the same photos and product descriptions that the manufacturer uses. Normally the cost for one of these wigs is between $200-$300, but Wigs American charges only $37. I ordered a Raquel Welch Voltage Elite, but the wig I received was not labeled in any way, not even close to the color I chose, and looks like a dead cat that had been left in the gutter to rot. I immediately contacted Wigs American, and they told me they would give me a 10% refund and I could keep the wig. I told them that I wanted a 100% refund and a shipping label so I could send the dead cat back to them. So, they offered me a 20% refund and I could keep the wig. Again, I said no. So, they offered me a 30% refund. At that point I knew I'd fallen into a scam. It's clear their business model is to entice customers with a ridiculously low price, and then keep every penny they can get away with. $37 is a small amount to pay to have learned to never believe it when the deal is too good. I got ripped off, but I'm wiser!

Bought a Cleveland Indians baseball cap online thru Pine-Bay. Advertised as $13 Canadian. My credit card was charged $37 by the time all the other charges were added. When I received the hat it was the wrong one, not even an MLB team, don't even know what the logo is, have never seen it before, it was totally smashed and very cheap quality. There was no protective packaging, but thrown in a box that was crushed. They will not refund me. The ask me to order another item and they'll give me a discount. The last thing I want to do is order form this company again. I've been asking for a refund for about a month now. They keep sending me unprofessional messages like "don't be angry, I told my boss you were my best friend and said I could give you our biggest discount". Then they tell me their manager is coming to Canada so I can give him the crushed hat back and he'll give me my $ back. Problem is, he's going to Quebec and I live in Ontario, 10 hrs away. Can't understand what the big deal is about refunding $37 Canadian.

Whimsicaleyephotography.com Don't buy from this site! You will lose your money. I paid more than $90 US dollars for a pair of Joie Boots. They sent me pink slippers and will not respond to my requests for a refund or the right shoe! Buyer Beware! Almost $100 stolen.

Ordered and paid a lot of money for a pair of boots. The supplier sent me a cheap, pink, very large, pair of slippers. I tried multiple times to reach the dealer, asking about a refund or the correct pair of boots. No response. None. He has kept my money which was more than 80 GBP.

After receiving a product presentation and an offer, we asked to receive a sample. The SWIF supplier (seller Lucy Li), asked us to pay 50$ for the reception of this sample (so material + transport). We paid the supplier. Once we received the $50, the supplier asked us for $90 for shipping! First, this is unacceptable because the $50 payment includes shipping. And secondly, $90 of transportation for very small equipment (less than 2 kg) (another supplier sends almost identical equipment for $43). We did not accept and demanded a full refund ($50) to the bank account from which the payment was made. The supplier refuses to reimburse the account. And asks this day for an additional $225 to make a bank transfer of $50!!!!! This supplier is cheating on his customer for $50 worth of samples! Let's imagine for an order!!!!!
