Guaranteed original, made by Apple etc. On March 15th gave me tracking number via EMS (promised DHL). Package delivered March 26, 2010 to a guy in Georgia, USA while I live in Costa Rica. found out subsequently thru the USPS that my tracking number was a dummy number. Website on Alibaba is taken off. They have disappeared.

Mu biggest mistake was that I didn't open this webside before my 2 orders. Total for 1100 Usd. As many other people I made a mistake. I ordered mobile phones from 2 different companys. 1 is Jinyuan Group Wuhu Cishan Packing Co., Ltd. Agent is Ella Chen. Email adress:egaaww@yahoo.com.cn Payment info: first name: BINGZHI; Surname Zhang, China, Shanghai. She confirm that they got money which I paid trough money gram to personal account. And now I'm waiting my tracking number. And I'm not shure at all that I will get something. So another company is Xiexiujuan Sole Trader. Agent is Andy Guo. Here is the same story, they confirm that they receive today money which I send trough TT (Internet Bank.) also I think to personal bank account This happens after 7 days. (It's already very strange.) Now I don't know what to do. I realy understand that I maded my biggest mistake, becouse believe in this GOLD SUPLIER and Verified user. If somebody have expierience with thos 2 companys pls. writte here. ALIBABA IS SCAMERS PLACE. People don't waste your money.

There site is http://wholesaleprice.en.ecplaza.net/ Again, I purchased 4 PSP Go consoles off them for $200us (yes i should have realised it was too cheap!) and then they never sent me anything! They stopped emailing me back as soon as they received my money. Sneaky bastards need to be shut down!

I just got scammed by a company called Suzhou Yongsile Trading Co.,Ltd. I paid $576us for a electronic drum kit and then never received any goods. The initially sent me a fake trackin number and then when i started asking questions they stopped emailing me back and blocked me on the Trade Manager chat room. The bank beneficiary was Xiao Zhao. Warning to everyone, DO NOT DEAL with this fake fraud company. Bastards!

Be AWARE of any companies from west Africa, Nigeria, Cameroon, Togo, etc wanting to buy or sell goods to you. They will usually ask for upfront registration fees, Legal fees or some sort of payment before they can pay you. Their documents look suprisingly genuine with goverment stamps and signatures, but its all a massive SWINDLE. My advice? Keep away from doing business with any companies/ individuals from these countries/ region unless ABSOLUTELY SURE of whom they are.

Alibaba is not a project of an elementary student. They knew it from the very first start that scammers will take advantage on their system. If we will take a closer look what Ebay does they really have a strong stand against scammers. Apparently, Alibaba has none. I got an email from this chinese woman who's a """"STAFF""""" of alibaba and she said they are investigating this so and so scamming thing. I never receive an update from her after that.

In my own opinion. If they have (ALIBABA) a strong stand against these scammers they will shut down their site for a while and fix anything that needs to be fixed. Scammers are still there changing their names.

As of now, I believe that these scammers are from Alibaba as well controlled by this large syndicate. This site should be shut down.

I recovered already from the lost that I had and I am now looking forward to what is ahead.

Alibaba is really a den of thieves.

Think you should start contacting ALL posters here to make a law suit in China against the crooks and in USA against ALIBABA (the goldmember stuff is wrongly giving a nice profile to some very big croocks, alibaba is 100% responsable!), all of you can easily rise money and contacts lawyers both China and US to go after these internet hooligans. Lawyers don't charge anything to study a case and all payments for expenses can be made directly to firms (so no one could feel crooked again!) make the numbers if half the people file a group law suit here you have a big case that many lawyers will take in the US. ALIBABA could even settle and refund before to go to court! It should not cost you more than 10% of your loss and you have big chances to get back all of your money!

Hi Albert :) I did some research on this company with 4 years as a Gold Supplier and did not find any bad reviews. They offer the opportunity to make your transaction with AliPay, so if you're not willing to make a transaction through TT make your first purchase with Alipay, because it is very secure! Once you receive your order, take pictures of the parcel not unpacking and another picture after unpacking. If you can shoot with a camera it is even better! Then, if there is a dispute you can prove your argument!

I was scammed by a bitch named sunny at good trusted electronics co in Shenzhen. Sent money by wire transfer and I ordered blackberry phones and I pods. Got the wrong blackberry’s and some other crap worth about 1000 dollars and sent 1o, ooo. My only saving is that I do business in china with good companies and they deal with the bank I sent to and they have corporate lawyers. At no charge to me they are using their lawyers going after the bank and the good trusted people. I am going in April to china and I will see firsthand what shit really goes on there in the electronics world. I think it is all fake and all scams on electronics.
