I recently purchased a mechandise from PING MAN WONG EXPORT AND IMPORT TRADING LTD worth US$ 1050. I thought i had done a good due diligence by checking and verifying the trading licence on http://www.icris.cr.gov.hk/csci/. I also verified the product ( a small motorbike). On the day of transfer, i insisted we use L/C for payments but convinced me that the amount was too little to use the letter of credit. i then went for their preferred money transfer which is the western union. on sending the money all communications were severed immediately. ive tried getting into contact with them to no avail.i've even tried calling their number which now doesnt seem to work.
if there is anyone / organisation that would assist in apprehending these culprits, i believe we would get justice.
Alibaba has a major role to play in all these. They entertain these scammers - (or maybe they benefit from their subscription,) and just give them a slap on the hand when they are reported.
im now engaging a lawyer to take on Alibaba.com and its management due to their fiduciary role they play in this scams. anyone for it can join me in getting our justice from these crooks

Here's another story of getting ripped off by the company Cheermore Inflatables http://www.chinacheermore.com. Last februari I purchased 5 inflatables and an bouncer. After paying about 1850 $ and after a long story of emailing and asking, I received the items in june. The quality is not what I expected, poor quality.
But.. no blowers and no promised accesoires. Now they won't answer my mails. So i missed this season of rentals and had to buy new blowers local for about 500$.
I advise not to do any business with these people.

Dear Sir,

We have a big problem with a Chinese company, we placed an order last year and the payment term we agreed was 20% in advance and 80% after BL copy.

We paid 20% last November and we haven't received our order yet because this company is telling us to pay the balance in advance although we have a contract which says that the balance must be after BL copy.

They don't want to send us our goods and they are telling us that if we don't pay in advance they will take the rights of our products.

How can we resolve this problem?

They sent a small box with 50 fake Kingston USB drive that most do not work and a 10 year old moble phone.

Easy to get this guy. A very good scammer. From Japan. On alibaba his name is Atsuto Chikuma. Company name "Camera Shop".
They claim to have the warehouse in Naka-KU, in Japan. They " sell " cameras from Nikon and Canon. The price is too good to be true. around 1100 for a canon eos 1d MkIII. Just ask them to give you a phone number of the warehouse or tell them to send a picture of them with the camera and the daily newspaper. They suddenly close the chat or the email conversation. DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMER.

We as a big scammer, made lots of money from scamming everyone who contacted us and believed we are a gold supplier.

Alibaba doesn't do any harm to us, they just softy softy contact us and inform us mr. so and so lodged a dispute against us. There is no legal action taken, the most we lost is to be removed from Alibaba website. The money we paid to Alibaba to buy a title of "Gold Supplier" is just a fraction of the monies we scam, fraud and cheat.

After all of these drama, we changed to another English business name, trust me, it won't be any close to our Registered Chinese Business Name, otherwise we will lose all big time. We made up all the details, including the following details:

1. company profile : we copied someone's company profile and changed a few words, especially we got claim that we are a very big supplier - 15,000 sqm factory building with 3-5 production lines, employ a few hundred workers and admin staff. So you would believe that such a huge factory how to cheat and scam ?

2. Registered Legal Representatives : the person's name is not our boss's real name, no one is so fool to disclose a real name in case someone really bring us to court.

3. Products : We contact other domestic suppliers, copy product pictures from them, every day we publish new listings in Alibaba.com because we paid one fee and enjoy unlimited listings. Our girls everyday find products manuals and type them in our listings showing very professional listings, especially those very latest models, the likes of Sumsung UN55C9000 LED 3D TV (55" 3D LED TV), Sumsung itself hasn't got this new model produced yet, all of us have already selling it and made tens of thousands of US Dollars by just selling pictures. How fucking good is that ?

4. Alibaba.com No matter how you curse or hate Alibaba.com, it is our big Dad, they based in Hong Kong, they look after us and protect us, they also encourage us continue to scam and fraud and cheat by just taking our money. Once our website in Alibaba get closed down, we will make another business name and pay alibaba and start trading again.

5. What sort of scammer we are ? Every detail about us is not real, even our sales girls name, email addresses. We normally use Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, no one can catch us by using these emails, once we received dispute and get closed down by alibaba, we change all of these emails. We don't show our faces either.

6. T/T Payee : This is unlikely to be changed, because my boss is the only cheater who receives monies. But sometimes they use husband's or wife's bank account to avoid being caught by victims. Husband or wife, they are in the same family anyway.

7. Which industry we are in after changed a business name ? We are still likely in the same or similar industry because we are so used to those products - computers & consumer electronic products are so attractive to people and that's the easiest money to make.

8. How you find we are the same scammer ? Contact us by using different names, we changed all of our names, you should too. Create those emails from Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and send inquiries to test us. Pretend you are so bloody interested in buying our products, ask us for invoices and T/T details. If we provide you the same fucker's bank account as payee, BANG ! YOU ARE FUCKING GOOD ! YOU GOT US !
